Spring is all about fresh starts: warmer weather, longer days, and a natural urge to reset and refresh your routines, mindset, and sexual wellness. We often talk about spring cleaning our homes, spaces, and improving health habits, but what about your sexual wellness?
Just like your New Year’s affirmations or resolutions, spring is the perfect time to check in with yourself, your personal relationships, and your relationship to pleasure. Whether you're prioritizing safety, exploring self-knowledge & partner intimacy, or simply trying to find the time (we see you, busy people), sexual wellness is always worth revisiting every season.
To get a sense on how real people are approaching sexual wellness this spring, we turned to our Momentum® Loyalty community and asked three simple questions:
-
What’s one sexual wellness goal or affirmation you’re carrying into Spring 2026?
-
What’s one thing you want to improve this season?
-
How are you staying on track?
The response? Honest and relatable, a clear reminder that sexual wellness looks different to everyone. Here’s what we learned.
Safety is Still Sexy

For many, this season is about being intentional, especially when it comes to prioritizing safety and relationships. One of the most common themes in our community submissions was making safety a priority without sacrificing pleasure.
One community member said it best:
“Be safe so no plan B is needed. Use condoms with enough lube and check that there's no tears and I'm using them correctly as instructed every single time.”
This kind of mindset is key to sexual health wellness, not just in the moment, but continuously building habits that stick.
Being intentional about your sexual health safety – like using condoms consistently (internal or external), adding lubricant for comfort, and practicing proper condom use practices – supports STI prevention and overall well-being. And the best part? Safety can enhance pleasure. Having the right condom and lube choice can make your experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
Taking care of your sexual health helps reduce risk, boost confidence, and help support that protection and pleasure go hand in hand.
Others are focusing on maintaining healthy respectful connections such as:
“Always listen to boundaries (sexual or not).”
Boundaries are a core part of sexual health because they’re how we communicate what feels good, what doesn’t, and what they’re comfortable exploring. Respecting boundaries (your own, partner, and others) not only builds trust and consent but also supports overall sexual well-being by ensuring everyone feels safe and empowered in intimate situations.
Listening to and respecting boundaries is more than saying “yes” or “no”, it’s about ongoing conversations, checking in, and paying attention to your own comfort levels as well. For more on how consent and boundaries contribute to healthy relationships check out our blog about consent and boundaries.
“Staying safe with any partner I meet and making sure no relationship negatively impacts my life.”
Our community responses highlight how sexual wellness is not just about physical protection. It also involves active consent, communication, and emotional safety. Listening to boundaries, communicating without loopholes, setting clear expectations, and choosing partners who positively impact your life are key elements of setting up healthy relationships and sexual well-being.
Improving Sexual Wellness this Spring

Just like nature, spring is a season of growth and exploration. Many community members are focusing their goals and affirmations on self-knowledge, pleasure, and confidence this season:
“Knowing myself better.”
“My wife’s libido by expressing my appreciation, love and commitment to her and her well-being.”
“Using more lube for comfort.”
These responses help demonstrate that sexual health and wellness is multi-dimensional. It’s not just about safety, it’s about truly understanding your wants, desires, exploring new feelings, and building confidence within yourself which helps improve your relationships.
For others, improvement is all about exploring pleasure in new ways.
One community member shared a goal of theirs which was “Adding in some new exciting sensations during sex.”
Exploring new sensations is a key part of sexual wellness and pleasure-focused sex. Trying different condom textures, styles, and forms of protection can enhance stimulation while still supporting safe sex practices and overall sexual health. For those looking to elevate sensation, options like ONE® Tattoo Touch® featuring lightly raised, tattoo-inspired designs and ONE® Super Studs™, lined with stimulating raised studs, are designed to increase physical stimulation and intensify pleasure for both partners. If you’ve ever struggled with standard condoms not fitting correctly, improve your comfort and pleasure with our MyONE® Custom Fit® condoms.
And for many, comfort plays a key role in that experience:
A small step like adding lubricant into your routine is one of the simplest ways to help enhance pleasure and reduce friction making your experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable. A long-lasting option like ONE® Move® silicone lubricant is designed to stay silky and smooth without drying out—perfect for longer sessions or shower play. Prefer something lighter? A water-based option like ONE® Oasis® offers a gentle, mess-free feel that’s easy to clean up. All ONE® lubricants non-GMO, vegan-friendly, and free from any sulfates, gluten, parabens, oils, dyes, or fragrances. No matter your preference, small upgrades in your sexual health routine can make a big difference, helping you explore with more comfort and confidence.

Staying on Track

Setting goals is the easy part, but following through with them is another. Here’s how our Momentum® community members are staying consistent with their sexual health affirmations and wellness in 2026:
“Setting clear boundaries and creating a safe space to receive clear boundaries.”
“I purchased the Move lube :) and love it!”
“Continuing effort and showing up for my wife.”
Note how the responses reflect that perfection isn’t the goal. Life can get busy, plans and circumstances change. What truly matters is the most intentional effort you put towards pursuing your goals, even if it’s not flawless! Whether it’s setting boundaries, nurturing connections, implementing simple tools and habits like using ONE® Move® and ONE® Oasis® lubricant for comfort, keeping the line of communication open and setting clear boundaries can make it easier to maintain those goals. Small intentional actions add up over time helping you stay confident, safe, and satisfied throughout the season.
Whether your focus is improving safety, self discovery, reconnecting with a partner, or trying something new, intentional effort and consistency big or small will help move you forward.
Cheers to a spring season of confidence, connections, and pleasurable sexual wellness on your terms!
