national condom month: educating and empowering at san francisco state university

Did you know February is #NationalCondomMonth? What an amazing month to celebrate partnerships, and work together to promote healthy sexuality! 

We were thrilled to partner with San Francisco State University for an event during Valentine's Day week (also known as National Condom Week). This included condom distribution, education, and information about myONE Perfect Fit, our new revolutionary brand of 60 condom sizes. Our goal is to work with advocates and student groups to educate people about the importance of proper condom fit. 

"Students were very interested to engage with myONE," said Julie Gardner, MPH, sexual health educator at the university. "One highlight was a student who came over so excited to see myONE featured. He expressed that he had been using myONE, loved it and was happy to see that other students were learning about it."

Of 72 students surveyed during this event:

• 95% agreed using condoms is important.
• 89% agreed they learned one new thing about condoms at this event.
• 97% agreed events like this one normalize talking about safer sex.
• 93% said they are more likely to use condoms during sex if they have free access to them.
