At ONE Condoms, we believe that together we can make an impact for sexual health promotion. Together We Are One.

This month, we're highlighting our amazing partners at the Central Outreach Wellness Center. Check out their guest blog post below!

What started as a bold mission to deliver inclusive, affirming care has grown into a thriving, multi-location healthcare network with more than 40 clinicians across Pennsylvania and Ohio. Central Outreach Wellness Center proudly celebrates 10 years of service to the LGBTQIA+ community and other underserved populations–a decade of fighting stigma, expanding access, and building trust.

Founded on the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, culturally humble care, Central Outreach has become a regional leader in sexual health, HIV treatment and prevention, gender-affirming services, and more. Today, the clinic provides a wide range of services, including STI testing, PrEP, primary care, mental health care, Hepatitis C treatment, housing resources, and case management — all delivered with the understanding that health is about far more than a doctor’s visit.

Over the past decade, Central Outreach has played a vital role in flattening the curve of HIV transmission through aggressive PrEP access and education. By removing cost barriers, offering same-day starts, and integrating PrEP into everyday primary care and outreach, we've helped thousands of patients take control of their sexual health. Our clinicians understand that prevention is just as important as treatment, and our growing PrEP program is one of the strongest examples of how accessible, judgment-free care can make a measurable difference in public health. To date, 92% of patients living with HIV that the clinic sees remain undetectable, and 45% of patients that the clinic puts on PrEP stay linked to care and have stayed on PrEP for over three years. These factors have helped with the decline of new HIV cases in Allegheny County since 2015.

At the heart of our success is a deep commitment to outreach. Our teams regularly bring healthcare directly to the people where they are — at bars, clubs, community centers, Pride events, skate nights, bathhouses, college campuses, and beyond. Whether it's offering free STI testing, distributing condoms and harm reduction supplies, or connecting individuals to care on the spot, our outreach model ensures that no one is left behind just because they can’t (or won’t) walk into a traditional clinic. We know that real change happens in the spaces where people live, work, and celebrate, and we’ll keep showing up.

What began as Dr. Stacy Lane’s response to the devastating loss of her uncle to AIDS has blossomed into a healthcare model rooted in empathy, equity, and real-world accessibility. Ten years in, Central Outreach is more committed than ever to growing with its communities — and ensuring the next decade brings even more care to those who need it most.

Thanks to partnerships like the one we’ve built with ONE Condoms, we’re able to expand access to high-quality, body-safe condoms that promote pleasure, safety, and empowerment. By distributing these condoms through our clinics and outreach events, we’re removing barriers and giving our communities the tools they need to protect their sexual health, with dignity and choice.
