About the Band
Buzzard Fight are a psychedelic country sludge trio from Kansas City, MO.
You may be asking yourself, "What the hell is Psychedelic Country Sludge?" Well, their unique brand of sludge fuses bone crunching riffs, country slap and twang and plenty of psychedelic substances to create songs that take you on journeys through lands of nightmares, mayhem, aliens and the occasional sasquatch encounter.
The band formed in early 2022 as a collection of seasoned musicians from the local KC music scene. The boys come from a wide variety of genres with the mission to play the music they wanted to hear. Their heavy, chickin' pickin' style comes from members playing in bluegrass, alt country, folk punk, hardcore, doom and thrash bands over the years.
