iPrevent OHL, an outreach program through Odyssey House Louisiana, is a innovative and interactive program rooted in addressing and providing resources for substance abuse and HIV/Hepatitis C prevention programming to New Orleans youth. This community effort raises awareness and mobilizes our community to address various complex issues to which our youth are exposed.Through interactive platforms like a radio station, podcasts, social media, health centers, and community events, we aim to educate, equip, and empower our youth.

From October 1, 2018 to July 29, 2019, the prevention outreach team has reached over 6,000 New Orleanians with our various services. This includes educational interventions, testing for Hepatitis C and HIV, making referrals, and distributing over 3800 condoms and 2500 lube.
